If you are unable to connect your external servers , download files and dns , please open a ticket and inform us .
Seems like some of our IP ranges are facing ISP routing issue , so we need your vps root login and external IP address that could not be connected. Traceroute to the external IPs is also helpful .如果你无法从你的 VPS 连接外部服务器，下载文件和 DNS 请求的话，请开工单通知我们。我们的部分 IP 段好像遇到了运营商路由问题，所以我们需要你 VPS 的 root 密码和无法被连接的外部 IP 地址。最好能提供一个对你无法连接的 IP 地址的 traceroute.
